The dormitories in the tourist home, which can accommodate up to sixty persons at a time, are distributed across a set of rooms. Each large room, with attached bathrooms, has 10-15 two-tier bunk beds. The dormitories are ideal for younger visions, for holiday traveling together in largish groups, and in general, for all those who have a taste for the camper's life on holiday.

The deluxe rooms cater to those who might want more personal space and privacy, and are ideal for those traveling singly or in couples. Each deluxe room is carpeted, tastefully decorated, and has a sit out with a view of the plains and valley beneath. The room has an attached bathroom; with provision for hot water baths (between 7 and 11 in the mornings).Each room also has a television in it.

The super deluxe rooms afford an enhanced level of comfort. Each of these rooms, like the deluxe one, is carpeted and well- decorated, and has a sit out with a view. In addition to a television, the super deluxe room also has a telephone and a fire place, while the attached bathrooms are fitted with hot and cold showers.

A conference hall, with a capacity for seating one hundred people, is available for academics or corporate executives or whoever else might be interested in holding a seminar or meeting away from their normal work sites.

Trekking Programs are an integral part of the facilities on offer in 'Greenlands'. Location

Located on the cliff of Kodai hills near Coaker's walk, down the steep slope where you see the most enhancing spectacular views of sunrise, the valley and the plains to the stretch of 50Km.
