During Summers - Day : 21 degrees Celsius, Night : 9 degrees Celsius. During Winters - Day : 17 degrees Celsius, Night : 7 degrees Celsius. Kodaikanal can be accessed by road either from Madurai, Coimbatore or Kodairoad. All three in turn can be reached by road or train. Madurai and Coimbatore in addition can also be accessed by air. The distance to Kodaikanal from Madurai is approx. 130 km and takes 3 hrs of travel time. The distance from Coimbatore is approx. 180 km and takes 4 hrs of travel time.Highlights
